1. 海洋真菌次级代谢产物化学多样性及药理活性研究。

2. 对具有重要药理活性的海洋天然产物进行结构修饰，探讨构效关系，为新药研发提供药物先导化合物。

科研情况

近五年来承担了中国博士后科学基金、江苏省高校自然科学研究面上项目等多项课题，发现新化合物40余个，发表研究论文30余篇，其中在Journal of Natural Products、Marine Biotechnology、Marine Drugs、Tetrahedron、Chemistry & Biodiversity、Natural Product Research等知名学术期刊上发表SCI收录的研究论文20余篇，其中第一作者或通讯作者15篇，单篇最高他引20余次，H因子为8；申请发明专利10余项，已授权5项。
